Stools FORM is an interplay between colour and form. A hollow cilinder formed the basis for a serie of compositions. Different shapes are obtained by a longtudinal or a transverse cut of the hollow cilinder and the way they are put together. The cilinders of each stool are painted in a tint based upon a colour. In colour theory, a tint is a mixture of a colour with white, wich increases lightness. A complementary colour is used for the top. The whole is an harmonious interplay between colour and form.
